One of our most popular wines is by far our single variety Pinot Noir, and this could be one of our best vintage yet. Leather & jammy dark fruit on the nose, with fruity notes of ripe black cherries, hedgerow blackberries & raspberries. A spicy finish of cloves and black pepper with a smooth but weighty texture. Best enjoyed decanted before serving or can be aged.
Unfiltered and unfined, so some sediment may be present.
