"Sol" is our burst of sunshine Pet Nat. A semi sparkling 100% Riesling, crisp and refreshing with notes of sherbert, grapefruit, cloudy apples and a distinctive slatey minerality. Aged on the lees for 19 months before secondary bottle fermentation.
Unfiltered and unfined, may contain sediment.
