One of our most popular wines is by far our single variety Pinot Noir, and this could be one of our best vintage yet. Grapes were crushed and fermented in 600L oak barrels then aged on the lees in oak for 15 months. Soft dark fruit, plums and cherry on the nose, lingering tannins, tobacco and leather with blackberry and spice. Ready to drink however we believe it has yet to reach its peak - perfect for storing away for a year or two!
